The Australian coast is the one thing that every Australian state has in common. Everyone loves the coast, so it’s pretty amazing that 112 years after Federation there is still no national coastal policy and no coordinated planning across our three levels of government!

Australia’s peak coastal groups, representing Australians from surfers and beachgoers to residents and municipal councils, have formed the Australian Coastal Advocacy Alliance to set this right.
